Our process
How a project runs
We visit and measure
We walk the house, measure the space and look at what is behind the walls wherever we can.
You get a written quote
An itemized scope with a price for each part, the schedule and the payment milestones, covering every trade in one document.
Drawings and permits
Where the work needs drawings or a building permit, we coordinate them for you before work starts.
We build
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and finishing are scheduled together. Any change to the scope is agreed in writing before the work happens.
Final walk-through
We go through the finished work with you and fix anything on the deficiency list. [Add your warranty details here]
